Great idea to give this a design facelift. I thought there were a few things that for better or worse I would change. For the layout, I aligned assets to the left in each column. Also, I switched the title bars at the top. I inserted the logo to maintain a brand experience for the IRCTC and used their brand color for the title bars. I felt that the PNR, Station, Destination, and Train # were a grouping and the Departure Time and Arrival Time were another grouping. The Departure Time and Arrival Time felt like the most valuable information. Instead of finding a way to have the groups separated on their own row/ columns, I used a grey box to highlight those and contain them together… From an American perspective, companies rarely reveal the names of their ticketed customers to other customers and I’m curious why this is the case in India. Also, is there or would you consider options to keep that private as I did with Maya?
